If you didn't try it yet: it will blow you away how easily you can create your own podcast with Google Notebook LLM. Upload a file - literally any file you can imagine, as long as you can make a pdf out of it - and Google Notebook turns out an interview podcast episode. And not just a boring one, but a highly engaging one.
